New on the floor

Three things your next takeoff will feel — built with the door people who use this every day. No settings to find. They're just there.

JULY 2026

01 · SUBMITTALS

Number doors like you walk the floor

Type the apartment once — 3R. Every click after that stamps the next door: 3R-01, 3R-02, 3R-03… The schedule fills itself while you walk the plan, in your order.

One pass, no dialogs, no renaming afterward. Delete a door and the numbers close ranks. Finished doors won't renumber by accident — a stray click just shows you what's already there.

Arming apartment 3R, then clicking doors — each one numbers itself and the schedule fills in

02 · TEAMWORK

Red means unread

Leave a note on the exact door. Everyone on the plan sees a red count until they've read it — open the note and the red goes quiet, for you only.

Resolved conversations never nag. Your own notes never count against you.

03 · THE SCHEDULE

The schedule types like a spreadsheet

Click a cell, type, hit Enter — it walks you down the column and suggests the next number as a ghost. Grab the purple corner and drag to fill a run of rows.

And ⌘Z undoes anything — a tag on the plan or a cell in the table, one step at a time.

Also improved

  • Apartment is its own column — stated once, shown everywhere, never guessed from an ID.
  • Row history tells the whole story — every change to a line, tags and pricing together.
  • Deleted means gone — a removed tag leaves no trace on the plan, the schedule, or a shared link.
  • Sharper zoom on big plans — pages re-render crisp from the original PDF as you zoom in.
  • Steadier live sync — two estimators on one plan, faster and quieter than before.
