One click, then tell the crew

Tagging a run of identical doors is one click each now. And when something needs saying, you say it on the door — with a name attached.

AUGUST 2026

01 · COUNTING

Same door? Click once.

Drop one D1 and every click after it drops another D1 — no picker, no retyping. Walk the run at the speed you can point.

Different door? Double-click and pick the code there. The pin from that first click goes back to blank and the picker opens on it, so you never end up with two pins on one opening.

02 · TEAMWORK

Put a name on it

Type @ in a note and your crew comes up inside the message box — no card stacked on top of a card. Pick one and the name turns into a chip.

Red still means unread, and it survives a reload now. A pin with something waiting wears a red ring so you can find it across a full sheet, and a red line sits above the first message you haven't read — it holds still while you read past it.

RachelFrame on 3R-04 is 16ga, not 18.

03 · TEAMWORK

Ride along with a teammate

Click a teammate's circle at the top and you land on their sheet, watching their cursor work. They flip to another page, you go with them.

The view only slides when they drift off the edge, so it never jitters, and your zoom stays yours. Grab the wheel — pan, jump to a row, change sheets — and you're on your own again. Or press Esc.

Also improved

  • Your WhatsApp preview shows the count — a shared link unfurls with the real door count and code chips in the picture, not a stock card.
  • Sharing is near-instant — the link points at the copy already in the cloud instead of pushing the whole set up again.
  • Opens and page flips got quicker — a cloud job comes up on the image while the drawing loads behind it, and the sheets either side of you are ready before you get there.
  • Crisp zoomed out, not just zoomed in — the sharp re-render now covers the far-out view too.
  • A failed open says so — you get a message and one retry instead of a blank screen.
  • The project list shows when a job started — the date you began it, not the last time it saved.
