Open it on site

The link you send opens the moment it lands — on a laptop or on a phone in the truck. The plan stays sharp when you pinch in. And the whole job is written down now.

AUGUST 2026

01 · SHARING

Send the link. It opens.

Your GC clicks the share and the plan is there — the first sheet paints straight away and the rest fill in behind it. Send it while the set is still uploading from your desk and they still get in; the missing sheets land on their own, no reload, no refresh.

On a phone the same link used to sit on a spinner for up to nine seconds before it showed anything. That wait is gone — WhatsApp a link from the jobsite and it opens like a photo.

02 · IN YOUR POCKET

Pinch in and the plan stays sharp

Phones get their own stage, and it now redraws from the original PDF the moment your fingers come off the glass. Pinch deep into a big plan to check a swing or read a mark and the lines stay crisp instead of turning to mush.

It's sharp the second the plan opens too, not only after you zoom. Panning and pinching stay smooth — the redraw waits for you to stop moving.

03 · GUIDES

The whole job, in seven steps

There's a guides section now. It walks a job in the order you actually work it — drop the set in, count the doors, number them, fill in the takeoff, work it with your crew, send it out, take it to the field. Plain words and real screens, not a manual.

Flip between With AI and By hand: every step the AI does shows you the way to do it yourself. Sheets, floors and splitting one sheet across two floors get their own page.

With AIBy hand
  • 01 Start a takeoff
  • 02 Count the doors
  • 03 Number doors for the submittal
  • 04 Fill in the takeoff
  • 05 Work the plan together
  • 06 Send it out
  • 07 Take it to the field
  • ↳ Sheets, floors & pages

Also improved

  • The apartment owns the door number — move a door from 3R to 3P and its ID follows (3R-07 → 3P-07). Clear the apartment and the number it stamped clears with it — but a number you typed yourself is never rewritten.
  • A note lands on the door you left it on — comments anchor to that one opening, not to every door sharing its type.
  • Invites tell you the truth — if the email didn't go out, it says so and hands you the accept link instead of pretending it sent.
  • Never stuck on an old version — the app spots a new build and refreshes itself, and won't interrupt a run to do it.
  • Recent work sorts to the top — the projects list orders by when you last worked a job, not when it first saved.
