Fill in the takeoff

The takeoff types like a spreadsheet. The schedule builds itself from it.

STEP 04 / 07

01 · THE TABLE

Click a cell, type, Enter

  1. Click an Apt or ID cell in the takeoff table.
  2. Type — 3A — and press Enter.
  3. Enter again accepts the pale-purple suggestion on the next row. Enter, Enter, Enter numbers the column.

Drag the purple corner to fill a run of rows in one go. One ⌘Z takes the whole drag back.

Typing an apartment in one cell, then Enter-Enter-Enter — ghosts fill the column and every row mints its ID

02 · THE PRICE

Prices go in the same table

  1. Click the Price cell on a row.
  2. Type the unit price — 850 — and press Enter.
  3. Enter hops to the next row's price. Walk the column.

Pricing every code at once? Open Price book under You (top-left) — one screen, live grand total. Hover any priced row for its qty × unit subtotal.

Clicking a Price cell, typing 850, Enter — then pricing the D2 line the same way; the plan pings the door being priced

03 · THE SCHEDULE

The schedule writes itself

You never fill in the schedule — it's built from the takeoff. Click the Schedule eye at the top-right and every unique door is already grouped and counted.

Export data (bottom of the table) hands over the paper: an Excel workbook with the takeoff plus a floors × codes summary, and a marked-up plan set PDF.

Good to know

→radar ping
Hover a row, find the door

The plan pings its tag; click flies to it.

Sam changed D1 → D2 · 2h
Every row keeps history

The clock icon on a row shows each change to that line.

Price%AptID
Columns are yours

The sliders icon shows and hides them.

8f5→shake
Bad input never commits

An invalid price shakes quietly and stays out of the total. Emptying the cell removes the price.

⌫
Clearing an apartment

Clearing an Apt cell also clears the ID it minted — one step, one undo.
