Sheets, floors & pages

Which sheet is which floor — and how to split one sheet that holds two.

REFERENCE

01 · GETTING AROUND

Find the sheet you want

  1. ← → walk the set.
  2. Click 1 / 5 at the top for thumbnails.
  3. Filter to Floor Plans, Schedules, or Specifications.
The page strip open: five thumbnails with colored category dots, and filter tabs for Floor Plans, Schedules and Specifications

02 · WHAT A SHEET IS

Change the kind, or the floor

  1. Look at the card under the plan.
  2. Wrong kind of sheet? Pick another from the dropdown.
  3. Type the floor beside it — 2, or a range like 2–7.

Your choice sticks — the AI never flips it back.

03 · TWO FLOORS, ONE SHEET

Split the sheet down the middle

  1. Right-click the floor in the strip.
  2. Click Split this sheet into two floors.
  3. Choose left / right or top / bottom.
  4. Drag the grip onto the line in the drawing.

Each side is its own floor. Doors follow the divider — move it and they re-file themselves.

Good to know

2–7→6 floors
One sheet, many floors

A typical-floors plan counts its doors on every floor in the range.

Only floor plans get tagged

Schedules and spec sheets are read for codes, not counted — that's why the kind matters.

by side
The divider decides

Drag it and every door changes floor with it — nothing is retyped.

On the same card — it re-runs that sheet alone, leaving your tags alone.
