01 · NOTES ON THE DOOR

Say it on the exact door

1. Click the speech bubble in the bottom toolbar.
2. Click the door you mean.
3. Type and press Enter.

The note pins to that door and reads like any chat. Works on a table row too.

Type @ to name a teammate. The list opens upward out of the line you're typing — same box, name on top, address underneath — with the closest match sitting right against the field. Enter takes it; ↑ walks up the names and ↓ comes back down. Their name turns into a blue chip as you type, and one ⌫ takes the whole chip.

02 · RED MEANS UNREAD

Nothing gets lost

Everyone on the plan sees a red count until they read the note — on the speech bubble in the toolbar, on the pin itself (it wears a red ring), and on the table row. When a note names you, the count leads with @ until you've seen it.

Open the note and a red N unread line sits above the first message you haven't seen, and stays there while you read. The counts go quiet after — for you only.

Resolved threads never nag. Your own notes don't count against you — and nobody is shown what you have or haven't read.

03 · ON THE RECORD

Same plan, live — with a paper trail

Teammates' cursors show in their colors, and edits merge as they land.

Click a teammate's avatar — the colored circles by You, top-left — to follow them: the plan jumps to their sheet and glides to keep their cursor in view. Your zoom stays yours. Click the × on their avatar, press Esc, or just move the plan yourself — you're back at the wheel.

• History (under You, top-left) lists who changed what — "Sam changed D1 → D2 · 2h".
• Every table row has its own trail behind the clock icon.

A tiny bean by the project name means something is still syncing — it evaporates when done.
